In this position, you will provide administrative support to the property management team and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and clients.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support to property management team and tenants<\/li>\n<li>Prepare general correspondence and memos<\/li>\n<li>Oversee in\/outgoing mail and packages including certified, overnight and special deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Create and distribute building newsletters<\/li>\n<li>Process all aspects of A\/R, compile and send out tenant monthly statements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update employee, client, and customer contact database<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the planning, promoting, and hosting of building events<\/li>\n<li>Monitor supplies and order as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About You:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required, Business degrees preferred<\/li>\n<li>1+ years of admin experience<\/li>\n<li>Commercial real estate experience a plus<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
