This role is responsible for front-of-house operations, event coordination, room setup, and administrative support to ensure a seamless workplace experience within a fast-paced corporate front-of-house operations and route requests appropriately<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ndh1sw\" data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1463\">Deliver professional, high-touch customer service to employees, guests, and vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1505\"><strong data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1505\">Administrative &amp; Operational Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1781\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1wknnfy\" data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1618\">Manage the Microsoft Outlook inbox and ensure all inquiries are addressed within required response timelines<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1gxl5lg\" data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1705\">Maintain accurate records of room bookings, space allocations, and event calendars<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"156e7di\" data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1781\">Coordinate scheduling and communication with internal teams and vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1815\"><strong data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1815\">Event &amp; Meeting Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"2138\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1wafwaf\" data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1930\">Plan and execute meeting room and event setups including furniture arrangement, signage, and meeting materials<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wx8now\" data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2045\">Coordinate with catering, audio\/visual teams, and property operations to support workplace events and meetings<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mnnt1h\" data-start=\"2046\" data-end=\"2138\">Ensure conference rooms and shared spaces are prepared and maintained throughout the day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2174\"><strong data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2174\">Facilities &amp; Workplace Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2419\">\n<li data-section-id=\"zfav5f\" data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2243\">Support additional facilities and workplace operations as needed<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"frzuj3\" data-start=\"2244\" data-end=\"2319\">Assist with maintaining a professional and organized office environment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"t0kq3d\" data-start=\"2320\" data-end=\"2419\">Lift and move event or meeting materials up to 25-50 lbs as part of room setup responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2424\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1ekij8d\" data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2453\">Ideal Candidate Profile<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2454\" data-end=\"3151\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1ls1zqi\" data-start=\"2454\" data-end=\"2497\">Associate or Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"r5x9cv\" data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2588\">1-2 years of experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, or customer-facing roles<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1qzi2cg\" data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2666\">3-5 years of customer service or operational support experience preferred<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tsyiir\" data-start=\"2667\" data-end=\"2736\">Hospitality, catering, or workplace experience strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tyyj09\" data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"2794\">Strong Microsoft Office skills and technical aptitude<\/li>\n<li
