This role will focus on establishing governance frameworks, designing data quality programs, and overseeing the implementation of data quality rules, scorecards, and workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Collibra or similar data quality tools, combined with deep healthcare domain expertise and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead enterprise data governance and data quality strategy across the full data lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Define and implement data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Design and oversee data quality programs, including development of rules, scorecards, and monitoring frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Establish data quality KPIs and metrics focused on consistency, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness<\/li>\n<li>Own and manage data quality dashboards and reporting for business and executive stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Serve as subject matter expert for data governance platforms including Collibra (Data Catalog, Business Glossary, Lineage, and workflows)<\/li>\n<li>Configure and guide the use of data quality tools such as CollibraDQ, OwlDQ, or Informatica Data Quality<\/li>\n<li>Partner with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize data quality issues and drive remediation efforts<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate governance forums, data stewardship councils, and cross-functional working sessions<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex data issues into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations, privacy standards, and governance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support integration of governance and quality practices within ETL\/ELT pipelines and enterprise data platforms<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic oversight of data quality architecture, including rule implementation and workflow optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management roles<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience leading enterprise-level data governance and data quality initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality (preferred) or OwlDQ \/ Informatica Data Quality<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience designing and implementing data quality rules, scorecards, and monitoring frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Experience building and managing data quality dashboards and governance reporting<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL skills with ability to analyze and validate data quality issues<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of ETL\/ELT processes and data pipeline architecture<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within healthcare environments, preferably payer-related (claims, eligibility, provider data)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with data catalogs, business glossaries, lineage, and metadata management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate at both strategic and functional levels, providing direction to technical teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cGhpdHQuOTM0ODkuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">T1458584-PHI_1779304612<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/T1458584-PHI_1779304612\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Wayne, Pennsylvania","_application":"phitt.93489.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[226,187],"job-types":[18,2],"class_list":{"0":"post-126370","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","5":"hentry","7":"job-type-direct-permanent","8":"job-type-full-time"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
