This role is open due to growth and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, meaningful cases alongside a collaborative group of attorneys.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of litigation experience and a demonstrated strength in legal research and writing. This role will work closely with partners and play a key role on complex matters. This firm is known for handling plaintiff-side litigation, including representing survivors in sexual abuse cases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid schedule (4 days in office, with flexibility)<\/li>\n<li>Strong mentorship and collaborative team environment<\/li>\n<li>High-impact litigation with meaningful client work<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side experience preferred, but not required)<\/li>\n<li>Open to defense candidates with strong writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with discovery, motion practice, and complex case work<\/li>\n<li>Strong academic background and excellent legal writing ability<\/li>\n<li>Licensed in Illinois (Michigan bar is a plus;
