Our client is seeking someone who is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and eager to learn. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support day-to-day HR operations across employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update HRIS with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Audit HR data regularly to ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Generate recurring and ad hoc reports on headcount, turnover, hiring metrics, and other HR KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership<\/li>\n<li>Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow across systems<\/li>\n<li>Assist with HR process improvements, documentation, and standardization initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Support benefits administration, employee records management, and compliance tracking<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR systems, reporting, and processes<\/li>\n<li>Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and testing within HRIS platforms<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws across regions<\/li>\n<li>Translate HR materials or support communications in Spanish or Portuguese as needed<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to special projects related to HR analytics, reporting automation, and operational efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR analytics support<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors)<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP\/XLOOKUP, data analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HR reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools preferred<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly<\/li>\n<li>Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2hpYXQuMTEyMTQuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1459968CHI_1779313056<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1459968CHI_1779313056\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Chicago, Illinois","_application":"chiat.11214.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[222,192],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":{"0":"post-126382","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","5":"hentry","7":"job-type-full-time","8":"job-type-temp-to-hire"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
