This role is responsible for overseeing lease administration and recovery accounting functions for a commercial real estate portfolio, with a strong focus on CAM and tax recoveries, tenant reconciliations, and team oversight. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in retail lease accounting and operational management.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee lease accounting and administration activities, including CAM, tax, and other recovery reconciliations for a commercial real estate portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve tenant account adjustments, reconciliations, refunds, and billing transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to lease terms.<\/li>\n<li>Manage quarterly tax accruals and support CAM analysis from a billing and collections perspective;
