The paralegal works closely with trial attorneys and leadership counsel across multiple firms and will also assist with bellwether trial preparation when applicable.<\/div>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court dockets<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Prepare and coordinate expert and fact depositions<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Draft, respond to, and organize discovery materials<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">File motions and other pleadings with the court<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Manage and disseminate large volumes of case-wide documents<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Coordinate with co-counsel and leadership teams in consolidated actions<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support bellwether trial selection and preparation, including client communication and file development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Paralegal or prior legal office experience a plus<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience with Litify\/Salesforce is a plus<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Ability to handle large datasets and complex subject matter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ideal Candidate Attributes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Motivated, dependable, and professional<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Detail-oriented and highly organized<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Adaptable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Compensation &amp;
