{"id":126414,"date":"2026-05-21T16:22:29","date_gmt":"2026-05-21T16:22:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1452838_1779380549-electrical-test-automation-engineer-costa-mesa-california\/"},"modified":"2026-05-21T16:52:52","modified_gmt":"2026-05-21T16:52:52","slug":"1452838_1779380549-electrical-test-automation-engineer-costa-mesa-california","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1452838_1779380549-electrical-test-automation-engineer-costa-mesa-california\/","title":{"rendered":"Electrical Test Automation Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1452838_1779380549\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-of-line (EOL) test plan development for new products and features in collaboration with firmware, software, and hardware teams<\/li>\n<li>Define and implement test strategies optimizing product safety, reliability, risk mitigation, and FMEA coverage<\/li>\n<li>Design, execute, and troubleshoot PCBA and electrical system components with hands-on testing and rework<\/li>\n<li>Analyze test data and clearly communicate findings to drive resolution of product issues with design teams<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop next-generation automated test hardware for efficient, repeatable validation<\/li>\n<li>Manage procurement, build, integration, and commissioning of functional test systems<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute test procedures and automation from component-level through system-level validation<\/li>\n<li>Support board bring-up, bench validation, and design-for-test (DFT) improvements throughout development<\/li>\n<li>Participate in design reviews and support manufacturing test bring-up, yield improvement, and production readiness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on ownership of PCBA design, including schematic capture and layout<\/li>\n<li>Experience with schematic and layout tools (Altium preferred;
