This role is responsible for executing critical HR operations, managing sensitive employee data, and ensuring accuracy across standardized HR processes.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail\u2011oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting multiple HR workflows. This role operates at a high level of visibility and requires strong judgment, data integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information with precision.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Position Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time, Contract\u2011to\u2011Perm<br \/> <strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $31.25-$33.65 per hour<br \/> <strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM<br \/> <strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Hybrid (3 days onsite initially, transitioning to 2 days\/week onsite)<br \/> <strong>Start Date:<\/strong> ASAP<br \/> <strong>Travel:<\/strong> &lt;15%<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>HR Operations &amp; Data Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Support day\u2011to\u2011day HR operations across the Americas region<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain sensitive employee data with a high level of confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Execute HR transactions in accordance with established SOPs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy and compliance across all HR systems and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Process Execution &amp; Ownership<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of assigned HR functional areas or projects<\/li>\n<li>Follow standardized processes while identifying opportunities for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistency and accuracy in process execution<\/li>\n<li>Work independently with minimal oversight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>System &amp; Workflow Coordination<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate multiple HR systems and tools to manage data and transactions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate across HR partners and operational teams<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment between regional and global HR processes<\/li>\n<li>Support system updates and ongoing HRIS initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with HR, operations, and business stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively across teams to ensure workflow alignment<\/li>\n<li>Support high\u2011visibility HR initiatives and operational priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Systems &amp;
