This individual will partner closely with finance leadership to provide data-driven insights, enhance reporting processes, and support ongoing operational and strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, hands-on financial modeling experience, and the ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities. Exposure to AI tools and automation within finance is a plus.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Financial Analysis &amp; Forecasting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and maintain loan and portfolio-level reporting, including reconciliations and roll-forwards<\/li>\n<li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Build financial models from scratch to support business initiatives and scenario planning<\/li>\n<li>Conduct ad hoc analysis related to funding strategies and new program<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing liquidity reporting and performance dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Support development and maintenance of short-term cash flow forecasts (e.g., 13-week forecast)<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to analysis of investment and cash management activities<\/li>\n<li>Provide backup support for treasury operations, including cash positioning and transaction monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Assist in maintaining and improving treasury processes and documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and enhance recurring management reports and KPI tracking<\/li>\n<li>Support improvements in reporting efficiency, including automation and AI-driven solutions<\/li>\n<li>Assist with investor and compliance reporting requirements<\/li>\n<li>Monitor financial covenants and help identify potential risks<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reporting materials for senior leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Audit \/ Accounting Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Assist with audit coordination and responses to data requests<\/li>\n<li>Support reconciliations and financial data validation<\/li>\n<li>Help compile documentation for financial reporting requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>6-8+ years of experience in financial analysis, treasury, or corporate finance<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills;
