data-end=\"1126\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1173\">\n<p data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1173\">2-4 years of financial analysis experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1237\">\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1237\">Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1328\">\n<p data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1328\">Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models and create actionable reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1389\">\n<p data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1389\">Experience analyzing variances between actual and budget<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1466\">\n<p data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1466\">Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1549\">\n<p data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1549\">Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1620\">\n<p
