This is a unique opportunity to step into the firm&#8217;s first dedicated HR position and play a highly visible role supporting day-to-day human resources operations across the employee lifecycle. This individual will help build and formalize HR processes while supporting onboarding and offboarding, HRIS administration, payroll and benefits coordination, recruiting support, and employee programs within a highly professional environment. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently while partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more! <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>3+ years of Human Resources experience within an HR operations or HR generalist capacity within financial or professional services environments. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and HR data management.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Familiarity with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance support required.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Experience working with HRIS platforms;
