This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, helping shape and elevate the firm&#8217;s people strategy while also overseeing day-to-day human resources operations across the employee lifecycle. This role will focus on strengthening HR infrastructure, enhancing management practices, and providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable operating independently on a fractional basis, and confident partnering directly with senior leadership.
