This role serves as the central point of contact for relocation projects, leading execution from planning through completion while ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end relocation projects, including office moves, reconfigurations, and small-scale construction initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, AV, Security, and external vendors<\/li>\n<li>Oversee move execution, including after-hours and weekend activities as needed<\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and performance to ensure quality and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Track project milestones, risks, and financials to ensure delivery on time and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate data within CAFM systems and support occupancy trackin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in relocation project management, facilities, MAC, or corporate real estate<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of move management, space planning, and workplace operations<\/li>\n<li>Experience with vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in CAD\/CAFM systems and work order platforms (e.g., Corrigo)<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Excel and Project skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Strengths:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read architectural drawings and understand furniture\/space planning concepts<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite<\/li>\n<li>Travel: Up to 30%<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to support after-hours and weekend project work as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2hpYXQuMDM3NDAuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1460240CHI_1779638535<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1460240CHI_1779638535\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Detroit, Michigan","_application":"chiat.03740.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,539],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-126486","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
