Beacon Hill is seeking Paralegals \/ Legal Assistants<\/strong> with civil or commercial litigation <\/strong>experience<\/strong> to support our clients busy litigation practices in Philadelphia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will bring strong case management skills, experience supporting complex civil or commercial litigation matters, and the ability to manage filings, deadlines, and document preparation with accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n

Support attorneys with day-to-day case preparation and management.<\/p>\n

Draft, proofread, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.<\/p>\n

Prepare, file, and manage court documents through Pennsylvania e-filing systems.<\/p>\n

Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files, exhibits, and evidence.<\/p>\n

Track deadlines, court dates, and discovery schedules to ensure timely filings and compliance with court rules.<\/p>\n

Coordinate depositions, expert communications, subpoenas, and trial preparation.<\/p>\n

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors as needed.<\/p>\n

Provide general legal and administrative support to attorneys as required.<\/p>\n
