This role focuses on managing close activities, providing technical accounting guidance, and partnering with cross-functional finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and strong operational controls.<\/div>\n<h4>Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Oversee and support end-to-end accounting close activities across assigned entities<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Provide guidance on complex or non-routine accounting matters and ensure consistent application of accounting standards<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Partner with internal finance teams to resolve operational issues and improve process alignment<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Review and support complex accounting calculations and journal entries<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and supported for audit and statutory requirements<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to drive process improvements and shared service objectives<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support statutory reporting, audit coordination, and financial statement preparation activities<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Serve as a key point of contact for finance leadership and related business partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">11+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting or a related field<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">CPA required;
