The Project Engineer will work in a structured, office-based environment during the early phases of the project, focusing heavily on document control, compliance, and preconstruction planning.<\/p>\n<p>Team members play a critical role in maintaining organization, accuracy, and consistency across project documentation, helping ensure the project is positioned for successful execution once construction begins.<\/p>\n<p>Comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided to ensure success in the role.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation in an organized and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Support development and maintenance of document control systems and tracking logs<\/li>\n<li>Review project specifications and ensure all documentation aligns with project requirements<\/li>\n<li>Assist in development of work plans, procedures, and preconstruction documentation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure documentation accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records related to procurement, change orders, and project updates<\/li>\n<li>Support communication and alignment across project stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Accurately document updates, revisions, and project changes in internal systems<\/li>\n<li>Participate in project meetings and assist with administrative and coordination tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The organization values candidates who demonstrate many of the following skills and abilities.
