This role provides coordinated administrative, financial, and logistical support to <strong>multiple Project Managers and project teams simultaneously<\/strong>, helping ensure consistent execution, accurate reporting, and adherence to Invenergy&#8217;s safety, quality, and compliance standards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling Project Managers to focus on execution by managing project controls, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across a dynamic portfolio of active construction projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"12zghrs\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"153\">Support 1 Project Manager across active construction projects, coordinating daily administrative, scheduling, and project control activities.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1thbpl9\" data-start=\"154\" data-end=\"306\">Maintain and organize project documentation including contracts, RFIs, change orders, invoices, submittals, meeting minutes, and compliance records.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1hqztwd\" data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"452\">Track project milestones, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, forecasts, and vendor spending while ensuring accuracy and contract compliance.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kef1aj\" data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"578\">Coordinate meetings, procurement activities, material deliveries, vendor communication, and long-lead equipment tracking.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tg80kq\" data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"761\">Prepare project reports, dashboards, closeout packages, and financing due diligence documentation while maintaining accurate data across project management and financial systems.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"thauvp\" data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"923\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance processes, including inspections, training logs, reporting metrics, and confidential documentation handling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Associate or Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination, project controls, or administrative support.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting <strong>multiple projects or managers concurrently<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Oracle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>E<\/strong>xperience supporting <strong>utility-scale solar, wind, and\/or energy storage construction projects.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with project management and document control systems (ProjectTeam, ProCore or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with construction cost tracking, invoicing, and basic contract administration.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with field-based construction teams.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of safety and quality documentation in construction environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2ZhcnJpcy44MTQ4NS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">VBX1460225_1779811509<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/VBX1460225_1779811509\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Mountain View, Colorado","_application":"cfarris.81485.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,172],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-126561","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
