This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a collaborative HR environment.<\/p>\n<p>This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality HR experience by supporting onboarding, employee inquiries, and various HR operations across the organization.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate <strong>interview scheduling<\/strong>, including background checks and drug screenings<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>onboarding and employee lifecycle activities<\/strong>, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a <strong>first point of contact<\/strong> for HR-related questions via a shared inbox; route or resolve inquiries in a timely manner (24-48 hour turnaround)<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal HR teams and leadership to gather information and provide accurate responses to employees<\/li>\n<li>Handle <strong>unemployment claims<\/strong>, including documentation, responses, and collaboration with HR business partners<\/li>\n<li>Maintain <strong>employee records<\/strong> with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Assist with <strong>HR administrative processes<\/strong>, including data entry, reporting, and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Support invoicing and general HR operations where needed<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in <strong>HR administration, HR operations, or shared services<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting <strong>onboarding, scheduling, or employee inquiries<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>HRIS systems<\/strong> (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle <strong>sensitive and confidential information<\/strong> with discretion<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and customer-service approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Preferred Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in a <strong>shared services or HR service center environment<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>unemployment claims or HR compliance processes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Exposure to <strong>invoicing or administrative HR support tasks<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience in large or multi-location organizations is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Work Environment &amp;
