Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Must have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field<\/p>\n

Must have 4+ years’ experience in data and AI operations or related field<\/p>\n

Experience working in a data reliability engineering role is required<\/p>\n

Must be proficient in AWS (or Azure\/GCP), Snowflake, RDS, SQL, Python, Terraform, Airflow\/Dagster, Data pipelines, and data monitoring tools<\/p>\n

Experience with ML Ops is higher desired or some type of AI experience<\/p>\n

Experience with building data pipelines, data stores, and working with data analytics is required<\/p>\n

Must be able to implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting for data pipelines that support operations and analytics<\/p>\n

Must be able to design and deploy automated data quality checks that ensure accuracy of data<\/p>\n

Must be able to respond to and resolve data incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures<\/p>\n

Collaborate with data engineers to improve pipeline reliability, performance, and operational efficiency<\/p>\n

Participate in on-call rotation and maintain high availability of critical data systems<\/p>\n

Experience mentoring more junior team members is ideal<\/p>\n

Must be able to deliver value through data-driven insights and innovative solutions<\/p>\n

Any experience or familiarity with building data trust frameworks or environments is ideal<\/p>\n

Must have an understanding of incident response and automation<\/p>\n

Any understanding of AI readiness as it pertains to data is ideal<\/p>\n

Must have a proven track record of independently delivering projects from requirements through implementation<\/p>\n

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and technical teams<\/p>\n

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions<\/p>\n

Experience in the insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industry<\/p>\n

Contributions to open-source projects or technical community involvement<\/p>\n

Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices<\/p>\n

Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences<\/p>\n

Track record of continuous learning and professional development<\/p>\n

managing data quality monitoring and incident response and troubleshooting. This role is essential for maintaining data quality<\/p>\n
