{"id":126673,"date":"2026-05-27T19:20:47","date_gmt":"2026-05-27T19:20:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1460585_1779909647-legal-case-clerk-miami-florida\/"},"modified":"2026-05-27T21:19:48","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T21:19:48","slug":"1460585_1779909647-legal-case-clerk-miami-florida","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1460585_1779909647-legal-case-clerk-miami-florida\/","title":{"rendered":"Legal Case Clerk"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1460585_1779909647\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A full-service law firm serving clients locally, nationally, and internationally, is seeking a Case Clerk Mass Litigation.<\/p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS <em>*May perform any or all of the following*<\/em><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Manage electronic and paper case files;<\/li>\n<li>Heavy scheduling, including but not limited to scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, telephone conferences, ZOOM meetings, adjournments, and court deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Daily Efiling and Eservice in state court;<\/li>\n<li>Answer and direct telephone calls;<\/li>\n<li>Experience tracking firm, attorney, and client expenses and using application software to process reimbursements and payments;<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills are required;<\/li>\n<li>Performs additional duties as instructed and assigned; and<\/li>\n<li>Physical attendance and punctuality at the place of work; this position is not remote or hybrid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Knowledge of court filing and scheduling procedures;<\/li>\n<li>This position requires keen attention to detail and efficiency due to the high-volume workload;<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of general office practices, policies, and business English;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize workload and adjust to changing priorities as needed;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to type at 60 words per minute;<\/li>\n<li>Active listening, reading, service orientation, coordination, and social perceptiveness;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of office skills such as data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and composition of simple business letters; and<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize time efficiently among a variety of duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>1+ plus years previous law firm experience in Litigation;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office applications;<\/li>\n<li>State court electronic filing, knowledge of FileSite, a plus;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal skills, business English spelling and grammar;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organization skills;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize workload and adjust to changing priorities as needed;<\/li>\n<li>Friendly, cooperative manner and good team spirit;<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to undertake a variety of assignments;
