This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside highly respected attorneys in a collaborative, collegial environment with exposure to sophisticated litigation matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"t2pyjw\" data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"402\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"403\" data-end=\"989\">\n<li data-section-id=\"tdrg9\" data-start=\"403\" data-end=\"485\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from inception through trial<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"9hnv3n\" data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"575\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Draft, review, and file pleadings and other court documents in state and federal courts<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"uovqx1\" data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"667\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Manage discovery, including document production, subpoenas, and coordination of responses<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2tvxdh\" data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"704\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Conduct legal and factual research<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1n7cvab\" data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"752\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"v1n3uh\" data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"831\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assist with trial preparation, deposition preparation, and hearing logistics<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"hrc7di\" data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"907\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"pyc7fr\" data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"989\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Organize and summarize medical records, discovery materials, and case documents<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"12f3so4\" data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1009\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1382\">\n<li data-section-id=\"b0mm75\" data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1061\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"t9knq2\" data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1111\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience with state and federal court filings<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6ii988\" data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1166\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dh5dqx\" data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1234\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1x4z40c\" data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1286\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"erdgx4\" data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1327\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Trial
