This is a great role for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and first chair experience. <\/p>\n<p>Competitive candidates will have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid litigation fundamentals<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage discovery and trial prep independently<\/li>\n<li>First chair trial experience or readiness to step into that role <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Law firm experience preferred; government and in-house candidates with relevant experience will be considered. <\/p>\n<p>Experience with trusts &amp; estates, real estate, construction and\/or commercial litigation not required, but a definite plus.  <\/p>\n<p>Attorneys must be barred in one of the following jurisdictions: DC, MD or VA.
