This team helps execute a range of learning and employee development initiatives designed to support professional growth, engagement, and connection across the firm. <\/p>\n<p>The role will work closely with colleagues across Human Capital and the broader organization to deliver high-quality, professional learning programs. A high performer in this role may be considered for full-time employment at the firm.<\/p>\n<p>This position requires 3 days on-site (Tues-Thurs) with Mondays\/Friday remote from 8\/9-5\/6pm daily, with light overtime expected. Pay up to $40\/hour DOE. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate L&amp;D programs from planning to execution, including managing logistics, scheduling, communications, materials, and setup for in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitators, participants, and external vendors to support the smooth delivery of trainings, workshops, onboarding experiences, and other professional development initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Track participation data, maintain accurate program records, and collect and organize feedback to support program reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement of L&amp;D offerings and operations by sharing insights from feedback and day-to-day execution to enhance both efficiency and the learner experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree in any field of study;
