This role is based primarily in Allentown, PA with weekly travel to Media, PA, and is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of commercial office properties, including tenant relations, financial reporting, and facilities coordination<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and service providers across office and retail environments<\/li>\n<li>Review and track tenant and vendor insurance certificates to ensure compliance standards are met<\/li>\n<li>Assist with lease administration, including billing activities, rent collection, tenant compliance, and enforcement of lease terms when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to budgeting and reporting efforts, including monthly, annual, sales, and accounts receivable reporting<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, local demographics, and competitive activity to support internal strategy and marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely tracking of expenses<\/li>\n<li>Assist with oversight of tenant construction projects to ensure alignment with approved plans and property standards<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate maintenance and repair efforts to ensure all building systems remain operational, safe, and compliant with regulations<\/li>\n<li>Respond to property-related incidents and assist with documentation and follow-up reporting<\/li>\n<li>Engage with local municipalities, organizations, and community stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>About You<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3+ years of progressive experience<\/strong> in commercial property management<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a related field required<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>MRI software<\/strong> preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable communicating with tenants as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>This role offers a full-time, onsite schedule based primarily in <strong>Allentown, PA<\/strong> with weekly travel to Media, PA.
