Summary: <\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with client companies, building long-term partnerships, and delivering effective sales presentations. You will work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to develop and refer appropriate candidates for open positions while maintaining strong client relationships. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Essential Job Responsibilities: <\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Research the market for new or expanded client opportunities, identifying and pursuing target companies.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Manage employer and candidate contacts and activities using the proprietary database.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Deliver polished and effective presentations in person to employers, offering recommendations for engagements, hiring improvements, or candidate suitability.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Visit client employers regularly, interacting with key personnel to maintain an understanding of their hiring needs and company culture.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key personnel at client employers.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Collaborate with Staffing Consultants to evaluate and identify the best candidates for open positions.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Maintain regular contact with employers and contractors to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Coordinate all steps of the hiring process, including employment documentation and background checks.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Stay informed about market trends, pay rates, and staffing industry practices.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Work with Staffing Consultants on background checks, education, criminal history, and drug testing for candidates.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications: <\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Demonstrated self-motivation through work experience in high school, college, and beyond.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– +3 years of applicable staffing sales experience <\/span><\/p>\n

– Must be local to Minnesota<\/span><\/p>\n

– Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Strong time management and analytical skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Ability to receive constructive criticism and translate it into improved performance.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Education: <\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Bachelor’s degree required.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
