Direct commercial finance experience is preferred but not required as long as the candidate has transactional experience and the desire to specialize in commercial finance long-term.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to build a sophisticated commercial finance practice while maintaining exposure to broader corporate and transactional matters. The position offers direct involvement in lender and borrower-side financing transactions, including commercial lending, acquisition financings, real estate financings, and other complex debt arrangements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Associates will work closely with the attorney leading the firm&#8217;s Cincinnati finance practice and receive a level of mentorship, responsibility, and client exposure that can be difficult to find in larger finance groups.
