They&#8217;re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day accounting tasks in a structured environment.<\/p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and contributing to a team that relies on accuracy and consistency. The role focuses on supporting core accounting functions and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports<\/li>\n<li>Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile bank statements and account balances<\/li>\n<li>Enter and maintain accurate financial records in accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain accounting files and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and assist with general accounting tasks as needed<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment questions<\/li>\n<li>Provide additional administrative support when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel<\/li>\n<li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZWxhcy40MDkzNC4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">FLAS &#8211;
