If you are an expert at supporting executive operations, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless execution across projects, events, and external engagement, apply now!<\/p>\n<p>About the Job:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage C-suite executive&#8217;s calendar, inbox, and daily priorities<\/li>\n<li>Track deadlines, follow-ups, and key deliverables across workstreams<\/li>\n<li>Draft and send professional communications on behalf of leadership<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to ensure alignment<\/li>\n<li>Manage contracts, vendors, and operational logistics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About You:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in operations and administration, ideally from Capitol Hill, association, and\/or start-up environments<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with senior leadership<\/li>\n<li>Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite &amp;
