font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Serve as the leadership liaison across HR, IT, and Payroll teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Develop a strategic governance structure to optimize Workday and continuously stay on top of improvements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Lead change management and prepare the organization for new implementation roll-outs with training and engagement initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Use expertise with Workday to provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Reporting into the Director of Total Rewards, you will build out the new HRIS team..<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">8+ years of experience is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">A bachelors degree in HR or a similar field is required; masters degree preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Workday HCM Certification preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Hands-on experience overseeing Workday, understanding modules, and collaborating across HR, IT and Payroll teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
