This role will focus on benefits administration, HR systems ownership and optimization, payroll coordination, leave management, immigration support, and broader People Operations initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead day-to-day People Operations execution with primary ownership of health and welfare benefits administration, including retirement plans, vendor management, benchmarking, renewal coordination, and serving as a primary employee resource for benefits-related matters<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, workflow optimization, and overall system effectiveness while supporting future system enhancements and scalability<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Finance to support payroll coordination and act as a resource for employee payroll-related inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Manage leave programs (including federal, state-specific, and disability leaves) to ensure compliance and proper administration<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate immigration processes for applicable employees in partnership with external resources<\/li>\n<li>Drive process improvements, reporting, and analytics to support leadership decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted local point of contact for employees while helping build scalable People Operations infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required;
