This position centers on managing complex priorities, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution across various aspects of the firm. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience working with senior executives and excels in fast-paced, high-performance environments.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Boston, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include managing complex schedules across multiple executives; coordinating domestic and international travel and logistics; preparing meeting materials and ensuring readiness; handling expenses and administrative reporting; supporting team meetings and events; and acting as a strategic partner to help prioritize and optimize executive time.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously;
