This role will focus on the defense of insurance companies and their insureds in <strong>construction defect and personal injury matters<\/strong>, supporting attorneys throughout the lifecycle of litigation-from pre-suit through trial.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex, multi-party litigation files.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Litigation Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist attorneys with all phases of civil litigation, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation<\/li>\n<li>Draft and manage discovery requests\/responses, subpoenas, and deposition notices<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and trial materials<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate case calendars and track deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Case &amp; Document Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain electronic and physical case files from inception through resolution<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate document collection, review, and production<\/li>\n<li>Summarize medical records, depositions, and case materials<\/li>\n<li>Organize and analyze large volumes of litigation data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Court Filings &amp; Proceedings<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>E-file documents in state and federal courts<\/li>\n<li>Prepare materials for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial<\/li>\n<li>Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Coordination &amp;
