This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, with an emphasis on vendor and procurement contracts, technology transactions, and real estate-related agreements.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a licensed, barred attorney with strong transactional experience, capable of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficient, risk-balanced contracting processes.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Vendor and procurement agreements<\/li>\n<li>Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality agreements<\/li>\n<li>Technology agreements (e.g., SaaS, licensing, software, IT services)<\/li>\n<li>Real estate leases and related property agreements<\/li>\n<li>Franchise and distribution agreements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Provide legal guidance on contract terms, risk allocation, and compliance considerations<\/li>\n<li>Partner with procurement, finance, operations, and business teams to support contracting needs<\/li>\n<li>Manage full lifecycle contract processes, including intake, negotiation, execution, and post-signature obligations<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard terms to improve efficiency and consistency <a href=\"https:\/\/azurebeaconhillsg-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/sbruce_beaconhillstaffing_com\/_layouts\/15\/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc={49CDFDE0-49CA-4949-84D6-F88E20C45FA1}&amp;file=Contract Attorneys -
