The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess a strong understanding of real estate legal processes, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, and enjoy working in a busy, multi-practice-area law firm. This role will support attorneys and other team members in all aspects of real estate transactions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Review and Analyze Contracts &amp; Leases<\/strong>: Carefully review real estate contracts, leases, and related documents to identify key terms, deadlines, obligations, and potential issues or inconsistencies. Flag concerns and assist attorneys in preparing revisions or addendums.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepare Legal Documents<\/strong>: Draft and revise closing documents, purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, title affidavits, and escrow instructions under attorney supervision.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transaction Coordination<\/strong>: Track important dates such as contingency periods, inspection deadlines, and closing schedules.
