Family Therapy, Nursing, or related clinical field<\/li>\n<li>Active Ohio licensure (LISW-S, LPCC-S, or equivalent independent clinical license eligible for supervision)<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of clinical experience with prior supervisory experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, ethical standards, and evidence-based practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide individual and group clinical supervision to staff, interns, and supervisees<\/li>\n<li>Support case conceptualization, assessments, treatment planning, and intervention strategies<\/li>\n<li>Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance<\/li>\n<li>Monitor participant progress and provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases<\/li>\n<li>Ensure services align with trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, contracts, and ethical standards<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership on program development, clinical quality, and staff training initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with flexibility between 8:00 AM &#8211;
