The ideal candidate is an organized administrative professional who is seekingimmediate work- and can jump right in!<\/p>\n<p>About You:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ year of professional experience in an office setting<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of judgement and discretion when handling confidential information<\/li>\n<li>Excellent ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to problem solve and apply critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Day to Day:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the opening, categorizing and organizing of all incoming mail<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the electronic filing process for a heavy volume of sensitive documents<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that paper files are scanned and stored in a timely manner with discretion<\/li>\n<li>Review, upload and scan a high volume of documentation into internal databases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role will work onsite at the organization&#8217;s Sicklerville, NJ office. This contract is slated to last at least one month and is paying up to $21\/hour depending on experience.
