This is a highly visible role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building processes, partnering with leadership, and supporting a diverse employee population across technical, field, and corporate teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of HR experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, field services, or a related industry required<\/li>\n<li>Experience independently managing a broad HR function and serving as the primary HR resource for a business unit, division, or organization<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience managing, mentoring, or developing HR staff required<\/li>\n<li>Strong recruiting experience across technical, operational, skilled trades, engineering, sales, or professional-level positions<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and facilitating employee training, onboarding, or professional development programs<\/li>\n<li>Strong systems aptitude with experience utilizing HRIS, ERP, payroll, or other HR technology platforms to improve efficiency and support organizational growth<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, FMLA, and workers&#8217; compensation processes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and execution-focused<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day HR operations and supervise a small HR team<\/li>\n<li>Oversee onboarding, orientation, background checks, clearances, and employee documentation<\/li>\n<li>Administer employee relations matters, benefits, FMLA, workers&#8217; compensation, and compliance initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Lead recruiting efforts for engineers, technicians, sales professionals, and other key positions<\/li>\n<li>Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and training programs<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate existing HR workflows and systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement<\/li>\n<li>Support HR technology initiatives, including enhancements to HRIS and ERP systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role is fully onsite position at the company&#8217;s Chadds Ford, PA office Monday through Friday. Compensation is up to $110,000 depending on experience.
