This role provides guidance on performance management, employee relations, compensation, talent development, recruitment, and policy interpretation. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, offering coaching, ensuring compliance, and helping drive a positive and productive workplace culture.<\/p>\n<div> <\/div>\n<h2><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with senior HR leadership to design and implement strategic people initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner with managers and employee groups to support labor\u2011related matters, including interpreting collective agreements, resolving grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting employee engagement while maintaining compliance with employment regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advise leaders on employee relations issues, coaching, performance management, career development, and the application of company policies and employment laws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide expert guidance on federal and state employment regulations to ensure organizational compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Foster an environment where employees feel comfortable raising concerns and discussing workplace issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support talent acquisition and retention efforts, with emphasis on building diverse and inclusive teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Conduct new hire and exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership. Assist with onboarding and orientation processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to the administration of performance evaluations, employee development programs, and initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Facilitate resolution of workplace concerns, including ethics matters and formal grievances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Represent the organization, when appropriate, in negotiations, investigations, and mediation processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build strong relationships across corporate and field teams to support organizational goals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner with business leaders on strategic planning and workforce initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strengthen the effectiveness of HR service delivery across the organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide perspective and challenge to drive improvements in talent, performance, leadership development, and DE&amp;I efforts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> <\/div>\n<h2><strong>Key Interactions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Engage with employees at all levels.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with HR leadership and the broader HR team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> <\/div>\n<h2><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>This is an individual contributor role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The HRBP provides leadership through influence, coaching, and expert HR guidance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> <\/div>\n<h2><strong>Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Broad HR experience across multiple disciplines in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong capabilities in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Valid driver&#8217;s license (if travel is required).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to travel within assigned regions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent communication, problem\u2011solving, and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong analytical and reporting abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>PHR\/SPHR certification is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Solid understanding of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Highly organized, self\u2011motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience;
