This is a hands-on role with real impact on pricing strategy, project selection, and backlog quality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">You will work closely with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to build accurate, competitive estimates from early design through final bid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Compensation<br \/>$135,000 &#8211; $175,000 base salary (depending on experience)<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Location<br \/><span class=\"text-token-text-primary cursor-text rounded-sm\" data-placeholder-token=\"true\">Oakland, CA<\/span> &#8211; Onsite<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">About the Role<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Build detailed cost estimates from conceptual through bid stage<\/li>\n<li>Review plans, specs, and site conditions to define full scope<\/li>\n<li>Perform quantity takeoffs across structural, civil, and architectural scopes<\/li>\n<li>Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier bids<\/li>\n<li>Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing<\/li>\n<li>Identify scope gaps, overlaps, and risk;
