We&#8217;re partnering with a rapidly growing industry leader in the automotive parts space seeking an AR professional who enjoys solving complex problems, digging into reconciliations, and helping bring order to a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage customer accounts and aging reports<\/li>\n<li>Perform detailed AR reconciliations and research discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Resolve billing issues, missing invoices, and outstanding balances<\/li>\n<li>Support collections efforts and customer communication<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to resolve account issues<\/li>\n<li>Help improve AR processes and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in larger, complex organizations<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets<\/li>\n<li>Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t a maintenance role! You&#8217;ll be joining a team that&#8217;s actively rebuilding and improving the AR function under strong leadership. If you&#8217;re someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making a visible impact, you&#8217;ll have the opportunity to do exactly that here.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The team is highly collaborative, moves quickly, and values people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in wherever needed.
