The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and a desire to grow within a collaborative and expanding practice.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"733\">The firm focuses primarily on <strong data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"544\">civil litigation, business law, probate, and real estate matters<\/strong>. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the firm&#8217;s partners on a variety of sophisticated litigation matters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"756\"><strong data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"756\">Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"1027\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1cbgevw\" data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"823\">Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1whbdci\" data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"857\">Conduct all phases of discovery<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fqkw1q\" data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"923\">Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"sv2s3c\" data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"967\">Assist with case strategy and preparation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12cu4c0\" data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1027\">Manage litigation files from inception through resolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1048\"><strong data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1048\">Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1360\">\n<li data-section-id=\"xgjtd4\" data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1100\">Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1q9wegk\" data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1149\">Active Florida Bar membership in good standing<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"xrq3pp\" data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1195\">Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tt66u0\" data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1251\">Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1e3ykad\" data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1306\">Excellent communication and organizational
