The positon is hybrid and looking to start asap. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, including parked\/blocked invoices and debit balances<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices with two-way and three-way matching, ensuring accuracy in account coding and dollar amounts<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and onboard vendors, including managing AP vendor catalogs and ongoing record updates<\/li>\n<li>Verify financial data for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Support month-end AP close activities and assist with general accounting tasks<\/li>\n<li>Classify, record, and summarize financial data using accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile accounts and investigate\/report discrepancies in financial records<\/li>\n<li>Respond to vendor inquiries and manage related correspondence in a timely, professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with employees, physicians, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations<\/li>\n<li>Train and support junior AP staff, including reviewing work and assisting with task delegation<\/li>\n<li>Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Perform administrative support tasks, including filing, answering phones, and handling routine correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Utilize accounting systems and financial data tools to research and respond to account-related inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for data analysis and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with accounting software; familiarity with organization-specific systems preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5-7 years&#8217; experience with accounts payable including experience with accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with the organization&#8217;s current accounting software is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Healthcare AP experience is a plus!<\/li>\n<li>Excel experience is required &#8211;
