Our client, a growing company located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization that offers a collaborative work environment, strong leadership, and opportunities for professional growth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">While working as the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will work alongside an experienced accounting team with responsibilities including:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and timely<\/li>\n<li>Posting daily cash receipts and applying customer payments<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring customer accounts and following up on outstanding balances<\/li>\n<li>Researching and resolving billing discrepancies and payment issues<\/li>\n<li>Reconciling accounts receivable balances and customer statements<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely billing and collections<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with various accounting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This is an outstanding opportunity with a company that values employee development and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to delivering excellent service while maintaining accurate financial records.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>To be considered for this position, you should have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>1+ years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience with invoicing, cash application, and account reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems or accounting software preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply!
