A boutique litigation firm based in Fairfax, VA<\/strong> is looking to add a talented attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience<\/strong> to their team to represent plaintiffs and defendants throughout the DMV in a variety of matters including civil litigation, employment litigation and counsel, business disputes, labor law, workplace investigations and contract matters. This hands-on role offers immediate responsibility, direct client interaction, and regular court appearances. <\/p>\n

Labor & employment experience is considered a plus, but is not required<\/span><\/strong>. The team is open to strong litigators from other practice areas who are interested in building depth in this space. <\/p>\n

Competitive candidates will have meaningful experience in federal and\/or state court, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to run cases with limited supervision. <\/p>\n

The individual selected will be responsible for managing an active caseload, handling hearings and depositions, drafting substantive motions, and working closely with clients through all stages of litigation. <\/p>\n

Preference will be given to attorneys admitted to practice in DC or Maryland.<\/strong> VA bar admission, or eligibility to gain admission immediately is a plus. This position is hybrid<\/strong>, but will require a regular in-office presence in Fairfax. <\/p>\n

Anticipated compensation for this position is $120K-$150K<\/strong> depending on experience plus bonuses and additional benefits. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
