This individual ensures products are manufactured, tested, and released in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, internal procedures, and site quality objectives.<\/p>\n<p>This role provides both strategic and hands-on leadership for QA functions and plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, supporting inspection readiness, and driving continuous improvement across the site. The position reports to senior site quality leadership.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead daily Quality Assurance operations, including In-Process QA (IPQA) and Raw Materials QA, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee batch record review and final product disposition, ensuring accurate and timely release of finished goods.<\/li>\n<li>Provide real-time quality oversight on the manufacturing floor, supporting GMP operations and ensuring adherence to procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Lead internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections, including preparation and follow-up activities.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve investigations related to deviations, non-conformances, and atypical events, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and effective CAPA implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure execution of quality programs such as incoming material inspection, acceptance quality limits, and first article inspections, as applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality Control, R&amp;D, Maintenance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure quality is embedded in all processes.<\/li>\n<li>Author, review, and approve SOPs and controlled documentation to ensure compliance and clarity.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, coach, and mentor QA team members, fostering a strong culture of quality and accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor site quality performance through KPIs, trend analysis, and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain current knowledge of regulatory expectations and industry best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, medical device, or related).<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with batch review, product release, deviations, investigations, and CAPA management.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership experience managing or developing QA teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cGhhcm1haW5wLjYxODA3LjEyNTg0QGJlYWNvbmhpbGwuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1461803_1780675456<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1461803_1780675456\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Hartwell, Georgia","_application":"pharmainp.61807.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[213,320],"job-types":[18,2],"class_list":["post-127236","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-direct-permanent","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
