{"id":127254,"date":"2026-06-05T20:25:08","date_gmt":"2026-06-05T20:25:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/faokc605262_1780691108-hr-and-payroll-manager-oklahoma-city-oklahoma\/"},"modified":"2026-06-05T22:50:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-05T22:50:25","slug":"faokc605262_1780691108-hr-and-payroll-manager-oklahoma-city-oklahoma","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/faokc605262_1780691108-hr-and-payroll-manager-oklahoma-city-oklahoma\/","title":{"rendered":"HR and Payroll Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/FAOKC605262_1780691108\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Job:<\/strong> HR and Payroll Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> On-Site, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma<br \/> <strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Temporary\/Contract to Hire, with a strong chance of permanent conversion<br \/> <strong>Salary Range:<\/strong> $33-40\/hour, depending on experience and skillset<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We are working with a client who is seeking an HR\/Payroll Manager to oversee and support key human resources functions with a strong focus on payroll administration, benefits management, tax reporting, compensation support, and HR-related reporting.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities\/Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.<\/li>\n<li>Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, employee communications, and vendor coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and oversee payroll tax reporting and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and maintain HR, payroll, and operational reports for management review.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with compensation planning, salary analysis, and related HR initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support annual budgeting processes, including labor cost forecasting and benefits planning.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR-related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve HR, payroll, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leadership on workforce planning and other strategic HR initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of progressive Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or related experience.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, payroll tax reporting, and HR compliance.
