This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced legal recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at managing full-cycle hiring processes for business professional staff. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to their Philadelphia office and have legal recruiting experience. <\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for business professional staff positions, including sourcing, screening, and offer coordination<\/li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and guide hiring decisions<\/li>\n<li>Actively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools to build strong talent pipelines<\/li>\n<li>Screen applicants to assess qualifications and fit, and present recommendations to hiring managers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interview scheduling, offer letters, applicant tracking updates, and background checks in partnership with HR support staff<\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience<\/li>\n<li>Conduct professional reference checks and assist with background screening processes for staff, attorneys, and temporary employees<\/li>\n<li>Research and recommend competitive salary ranges in collaboration with HR leadership, ensuring internal equity<\/li>\n<li>Support recruitment operations by managing job postings across the firm&#8217;s careers page and external job boards<\/li>\n<li>Track hiring activity and assist in maintaining accurate recruiting metrics and reports<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams on compensation-related initiatives and broader recruiting strategies<\/li>\n<li>Provide occasional support to attorney recruiting efforts as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>About You<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of recruiting experience <strong>within a law firm or a legal-focused recruiting agency<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent professional experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing an applicant tracking system (Dayforce experience a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to engage both active and passive candidates<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and competing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of employment laws and best practices to support compliant hiring processes<\/li>\n<li>Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage relationships both upward and across teams effectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>This role offers a hybrid schedule, including in-office presence every Wednesday and additional in-office days each month, with the remainder remote.
