They&#8217;re looking for an organized, collaborative candidate to be a cross-functional resource for the HR department. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and optimize HR systems and data across the employee lifecycle, driving process improvements, reporting efficiency, and structured workflows<\/li>\n<li>Lead and support the year-end compensation process, including data preparation, analysis, and partnership with HR and accounting teams on budgeting, accruals, and audits<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to compensation surveys, performance management, training initiatives, and exploration of AI-driven efficiencies in HR processes<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate across HR functions, including benefits, payroll, recruiting, and onboarding\/offboarding, while supporting broader HR programs and initiatives\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of direct HR experience (ideally in HRIS, compensation &amp;
