This role will report directly to senior tax leadership and offers broad exposure across property- and fund-level tax matters within a dynamic investment platform.<\/p>\n<p>The position involves working closely with internal teams and external advisors on tax compliance, reporting, and structuring across a range of real estate investments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support federal, state, and local tax compliance across property- and fund-level entities<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with property accountants and joint venture partners on tax filings and related requirements<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparation and review of tax workpapers, allocations, projections, and estimates<\/li>\n<li>Partner with external tax advisors on compliance and reporting matters<\/li>\n<li>Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely filings and payments<\/li>\n<li>Assist with REIT compliance and quarterly\/year-end testing<\/li>\n<li>Support tax-related aspects of transactions and internal initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to ASC 740 analysis for corporate entities<\/li>\n<li>Help manage budgets, billings, and engagement coordination with external advisors<\/li>\n<li>Support investor-related tax inquiries in partnership with internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree and CPA required<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within partnership tax in investment management or real estate<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base salary up to $115,000, depending on experience<\/li>\n<li>In addition to base compensation, the role includes a bonus;
